With any luck there comes a time in your life at least once if not several times, when an invitation to move into grace and turn your life inside out and begin again arrives directly in your heart addressed specifically to you. With divine gumption you say yes.
You say yes despite not knowing what the road or roads will look like, what the story is that will unfold, what will be left of the you that you know, what the world at large may assume about you (unstable, irresponsible).
You say yes because saying no is as painful as a sword in your side, a nail on the bottom of your foot, because deep down your soul whispers “please change, please grow”.
When you say yes full well knowing that you don’t do well with change, that you don’t handle messy well, that you don’t feel ready … you say yes simply because divine grace has asked you to take the same leap of faith she did when she created you and set you forth into this universe.
May you be asked to jump into messy, to leave familiar, to be brave, to be vulnerable … may you know when and how to say yes to the grace that is change.
